Make a cool DVD photo slideshow with movies & music easily

DVD Slideshow Builder Deluxe is a feature-rich and simple-to-use photo & video to DVD slideshow maker. With it, you can create lively DVD slideshow out of your still photo collection, thanks to its abundant Hollywood-like movie styles, animation and 2D/3D transition effects, etc. Two modes are provides for different end users. Advanced Mode provides more customization features to make a personalized photo slideshow, while Standard Mode enables you to instantly make a photo movie with ready-to-use movie styles.

Below we will show you how to create a DVD photo slideshow with music and burn photo to DVD or convert photo to video. We’ll take the Advanced Mode as an example.

How to make DVD photo slideshow with DVD Slideshow Builder Deluxe?

Step 1: Add photos & videos

Free download and install the photo DVD maker on your computer. Run the program and select “Advanced Mode”, the whole photos to DVD creating process is divided into 3 steps: Organize, Personalize and Create. Click “Add Files” button to import the photo/video files you want to use for DVD slideshow.

Step 2: Personalize your DVD slideshow

Click “Personalize” tab and you will see the window consists of 3 parts. The upper-left part contains all the beautiful effects that you can add to the DVD slideshow; the upper-right is a preview window for you to see instantly what the effects look like; the bottom part is the editing area, where all the photos, videos, music and effects are listed, either in Storyboard or Timeline view. You may have noticed that random transitions have been added between photos automatically. This helps a lot if you have imported too many photos at a time.

Step 3: Customize DVD menu

Click “Create” tab on the top. If you are going to burn the slideshow to DVD disc, you can add a good-looking DVD menu for easy navigation with remote when playback on TV. On the right side of the screen, you will see all kinds of DVD menu templates are free for you, just double click on desired menu template to apply. You can then view the menu immediately in the preview window beside. You can also click “Edit” to customize the DVD menu or even create your own DVD menu template.

Step 4: Create DVD slideshow

When you are satisfied with your photo slideshows and menu, then you can choose to burn the photo DVD slideshow to DVD Disc or output slideshow as videos to watch on Mobile Phone, iPhone, PSP, etc. or directly upload to YouTube for sharing within this DVD photo slideshow maker.
